(1) The Export Imports (Control) Rules, 2020 are repealed.
(2) Licenses issued under the Export Imports (Control) Rules, 2020 shall be deemed to have been issued under these Rules. instead of "Government of Nepal".
(2) The words substituted by the third amendment:-
(a) “Director General” for “Controller of Immigration” and “Director and Controller”.
(b) "Ministry of Industry and Commerce" and "Ministry of Industry and Commerce" instead of "Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply".
(c) for “Ministry of Industries and Commerce” : “Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies” .

(d) “Director-cum-controller" instead of “Director General”. .
